China owes a lot to foreign teachers that've prepared their current FAOs for their jobs and dealings with us. Some of these local FAOs nowadays practice, both, our teaching as well as their own schools' teaching and that at the same times sometimes. Moreover, some of these FAOs, local managers and/or supervisors put their own fine "characters" into recruiting, evaluating and/or dismissing us. In chemistry, if you mix some of the elements/compounds together, you might end up with a fire, an explosion or a poison. WINK
