And guess what happens when Chinese students who have 'passed' GAC on mainland go abroad to study at university? Many of them are sent down during or at the end of their first year of study. There should be an investigation carried out by GAC into what's going on at Chinese mainland providers of GAC. Once malpractices are identified at any centers, GAC should blacklist those centers. Then an unscrupulous GAC franchise will have no choice but to get its act together if it wishes to continue offering GAC. If nothing is done about the deceit, GAC will be devalued in China, if it hasn't been already!
