Well of course you are bloody-well free to travel in the holidays, for the simple reason that Yuming's clients don't want you during these periods; however, unlike many school jobs you won't get any holiday money- and unlike most school and agency employers they won't give you any travel money- and unlike most employers you'll not get any reimbursements of air fare. Of course, for some there may be a "Yuming option" of working the holidays- but who in their right mind wants to work the holidays; you want to get out there and see the country whilst in China, which because of their meanness of paying nothing for holidays you might have problems doing. Shop around chaps, it's a really crap deal at Yuming.

PS-Its a piece of cake to pay on time when the payments are so triflingly small- so, no Brownie points for that Yuming. Shit schools are often prompt payers, it's the one thing they try and get right. I'd prefer being a bit uncertain about the exact day of payment and have all the other benefits which they don't pay. You have to be green or stupid to accept a job with such an outfit.
