I would be embarrassed to be an instructor there.

Yes, anybody who is a decent teacher and takes education seriously would be embarrassed.

Another poster (Turnoi) has pointed out what the name of this "university" implies...ridiculous; they are crap!

Stay clear of them and do not go to work there!
