This school seriously misrepresents the job in its advertising. They give the impression of being a public university but are actually a training school within the university of finance.
They adverise that they sponsor teachers for working 'z' visas but are in fact unable to do that and so all foregn teachers work there illegally on tourist visas. Sometimes they pay for the visa and sometimes they refuse, citing small class sizes and blaming the teacher for the lack of students.
Whilst I was there they had a 'cash flow' problem and refused to pay the salary. They only relented when some teachers refused to teach until the matter was resolved and threatened to tell their students why there was no class. In the end the salary was paid out a week late, but included no payment for the forthcoming holiday. In their advertising they offer paid holiday. Talking to others who had been there longer I gathered that this was not the first time it had happened.
