Ale, I so agree. The SAFEA says, they will act as a third party in employer-employee disputes, but in fact they rarely do. In a local nuclear powerplant that's got "Shell" overhead, my Brithish friend once got in touble on the end of his employment contract. The issue was that he didn't accomplish his assignment.
