Firstly min I have been following this post closely, and no where did I see Adrian say he was 52. Someone thought he was in his 50's, and someone else took that as gospel and said he was in his 50's, and then others started to say it, without reading every response to the original post. No where did Adrian give his actual age, it was an assumption one person made that got picked up by others who failed to read everything posted about this subject. That being the case, your calling Adrian a liar in this regard is wrong, and you should apologize.

I agree with what you have said above. Moreover, Turnoi is due me an apology too. After I had said Adrian was an oldtimer just like me and him, Turnoi refuted what I had said re Adrian. But I won't hold my breath waiting for his apology! Anyways, the above discrepancy, Adrian is a mere 66 years old, only goes to show that Turnoi's words aren't always the gospel truth!
And another thing, what's Adrian playing at applying for a Chinese F visa for hiself and his wife when he intends to teach for payment in China? Just like quite a number of other posters on the board, he only posts half a story. So, I've no sympathy at all for him re the Shaoxing debacle!
