I have to agree, and said as much myself already. It seems rather absurd to tel him he is too old just 4 days before, and clearly they knew well before that, as they were ducking his calls prior to telling him this. Such people are not to be trusted, and certainly are not reliable, meaning to be relied upon with any real responsibility. When the tiniest little difficulty sprung up, they threw up their hands in defeat and gave up, doing no research or trying to resolve what is actually a minor problem. As I said in another post, it took me less than "5" minutes to find out the real facts about age in China, and that all they had to do was file a waiver with the visa office and the psb, and the problem would have been solved. Such waivers exist because these laws are created with loop holes purposely. Anyone with half a brain would have done their due diligence and found this information out, or simply looked to see if they had any options. I'm confused how two foreigners who have had to have been active and knowable in the ESL community could not be aware of how loosely applied most of these policies are. I think even had they found out that they would have simply been to lazy to do anything. I base this one this "mini" person and here rather cavalier remarks about looking into the possibility of a waiver, something she of course will not do. Easier just to hire someone younger if they come along. Rather absurd when you think about it, and all the more so because these two people are also foreigners. Outrageous.

Personally I am waiting for the real culprit, her husband, to come on here and tell his side. Will that ever happen? Doubt it, and I won't believe anything his "wife" has to say, I want to hear directly from the horses mouth.
