In response to Re: NDI (New Dynamic Institute) (George Johnstone)

Thanks George

He's 'George from the Jungle'
Yon fiest in tempo
Grapples with tigers, 'n-joys a rumble

Cross shark infested waters, in show boat to China
Tackled fiesty pirates, n straits near Tai-wan-ya
Don't mess wit da junga boy
Ya might get a shina

Yon man of means
Squeezes water from clay
Lis'n wat-zed, it'll make ya play

To be fair...to be fair!

There's probably reason
Why the boys moved on
But slandering a whole org
Just ain't on.

To be fair...to be fair!
Some things I have learned is that you just have to grapple in this industry. I don't know anyone who will put up with the serves that most FT's get up here. There's probably reason why the boys moved on but slandering a whole org just ain't on. They were lucky then but beware now...

IF you don't get your LETTER of RECOMMENDATION from your last employer nowadays, then let me tell you boys and girls, you might be on a slow boat out of here. Added to that, don't think that it can be forged either, because it MUST be stamped with the schools official red stamp. Some jurisdictions will let it pass, but not for much longer because the nats' are sorting it all out. This industry is slowly but surely getting turned inside-out, upside-down and round and round.

To be fair...to be fair!
SOME NB: not ALL Universities, high schools and kiddies schools are no different in many traps up here. They pay late, they haggle about final payents, they invade privacy, appoint watchers, screw up visas, refuse to give references etc. This is not an industry for the faint hearted and it is put up, shut up or grow up.

To be fair...to be fair!
The lads here who have found their little slice of haven in a uni, Turnoi and the boys, good on ya! I am glad you did, cause it can be tough sorting shit from clay. I just wish when guys n' gals make the move that it could send a clear message back to all ESL recruiters and employers, including some middle managment levels with our employer:

We the FTs are a minority group and the Chinese government invited us here as guests to serve their cause; not just yours, don't mess with it and you won't be messed with on sites like this!

If anyone knows how, and has the impetus to take it onboard, then get that message out there so SAFEA will wake up too and see that not only Chinese employers have easily accessible just rights of appeal, then it could make gradual changes for a better future.

To be fair...to be fair!
Lay it on the line at every angle with any or all scummy management-they have to be told! Don't be pussied with, be a tiger. Once you are established then you have to be the grappler, but you can't do it without first establishing credibility.

George is right, sort the shit from the clay and make it a better day!
