They already have. It's called the Equal Protection Clause of the Japanese Constitution, and carries over to the Japanese Labor Code.)
These questions ARE illegal in Japan.
"Matty's" did you see the website? Looks like it was made in 1992. And you can easily see its another McDonald's type of program.
Why do these school not want to obey laws and be reputable?
Do they not care at all for their customers?
No doubt from my experience, Japanese people are just about the dumbest people on the planet. (And they think they're knowledgeable).
