This so called branch of Kaplan (which is a franchise) is run by an Australian husband and wife B[edited] and D[edited] N[edited]. They know nothing about education but everything about cheating students out of money and a decent education with false hopes of a further education in Singapore. Tuan Hellblaze is the manager?
