Yep, I don't think I made my meaning clear enough, Turnoi. What's illegal is actually what the Chinese say is so by any actions they take. They take no actions against Yuming whatsoever, so to all intents and purposes Yuming obeys the law in action.

By the way. if any victim of Yuming feel they cannot tolerate staying with them any longer but feel they have to because of concerns they have about visa problems I can help.
