I agree with this. Considering my experiences in China many employers will blame me or other teachers for making mistakes or supposedly not obliging on contractual terms with completely biased attitudes while not even KNOWING WHAT THE SITUATION WAS. Making baseless accusations is something I've encountered including being accused of being a backpacker.

Groveling middle aged men who think their life is worth something now since they hold a meaningless DOS position (Head Weasel of Management) will act as if they can read minds and speak as if they are the annointed emperor with his new clothes (get the joke?).

Schools will get rid of you for no other reason than some stupid employer believing that you have a history of something because of what you may have said. Taking things out of context is common. Employers in school from China are some of the stupidest, idiotic, feeble-minded, asinine, and egotistical brats I've ever encoutered. They think like children and they are like baby emperors.

Not to mention many young, inexperienced foreign teachers want to come here and make a difference. Yet because they are the fresh meat at the job they are always the first ones who are screwed over and shafted. This isn't some baseless assumption, IT IS A FACT!!! Me and others can attest to this as we've either experienced it or seen it happen to other people.
