Can any Foreign Affairs Office/Officer in the PRC be trusted? NO!!!

So don't go there, full stop. Anyone who goes to places like this in Hunan/Jiangxi (esp. the latter!) deserves everything they get in my opinion. FAO's esp in these two provinces can be just as bad, if not worse, than training centre lackeys and weasels.
