hey guys!!! just got this interesting discussion here about SIFLS... how long have u been here smooth1js?? looks like ur new in there that u never know whats goin on in that school ??? Are u in the VCE program ??? good for u if you are becoz u can have all the benefits of doin all the things u want even bringing up ur own whores in ur room and use it like a motel and the school will never question u about it. Have u ever been aware that the other teachers who are not in that program were just simply ignored? even to the fact when someone robbed in ur room they will never reimburst what was lost to u?(eg laptop) ...have u ever fight for ur own air fare reimbustment when the school doesnt want to give it to u because u complain and that u did something against them ?? have u ever fight for ur passport and foreign expert book for ur own safe keeping instead of the school? have u ever tried to have a fist fight with another foreigner because u feel superior to other FT's to show that the school was on ur side ??? give it a thought...............these are just the many things happen but i hope things get better now. And I hope it wont happen to u that when the king of the VCE program wont ask the school to terminate u once he knows ur better than he is. the school grant such request when this french guy ask the head of the program and u will suck out without further notice.

The management just used the FT"s especially the one in thier program and do thier best to show off to the parents that they are doin good when in fact, thier ESL teachers were not even qualified to be one.... u will be hired as a math teacher but then u will also teach ESl because they hardly find a good teacher (qualified as to the standard of the Australian government).How could u ever teach the students when u dont even had a book to use as mandated by the australian program ??? math teachers uses thier own books and teach crappy things to students and its redundant because the chinese teachers also teach the same thing .
