Well I have been warning against using PELCC for a number of years now and there still in business, but hopefully some you have taken the warning seriously. Many have thanked me for this information and other have said they wished they had.

But let me tell you if you are un-qualified and just need a job at crap school, then go ahead and use them, remember it will cost you dearly for the privilege

Pelandas (a black American Male) and Fenny (Chinese Female) make a wonderful comedy act, it a joke from start to finish and the last laugh they have is when you sign away a months or more salary to them.
They offer no back-up service, just poor schools that cant find teachers for themselves.

The good schools advertise directly and you wont be charged for that

STAY AWAY FROM PELCC, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!
