Thanks for the additional information you have provided CL. If there were a fair, independent group which fought on the sides of teachers, I would be all for it. However considering how sensitive the chinese government is they will label a bug a dissident if that bug landed on some offical's face. I am not going to bet that this will become a reality by putting it into hope and waiting for my entire life. As you have said it will probably not happen in our lifetimes, and I'm sure I am younger than you.
