In response to Dalian Polytechnic 2+2 progam, China (Dan)

Can you inform us as to why the program is called the 2 + 2 program? That is indeed a strange name for an English program. I'd have thought it would be a suitable name for a basic numeracy program for elemantary school students who are slow learners!
