Again people who know nothing of the EF contract speak without first knowing what they are talking about. First we are required to only work 20 teaching hours per week(better than your school), then we fill up the rest of the 40 hours with meetings, professional development training and lesson planning. We are always paid on time. We are asked if we want to work overtime and are paid well for it. I have worked for schools that claim to be great,awesome, and the best only to find that they breach the contract constantly or they just don't pay you. If EF is such a rubbish school than why is it we have over 450 schools world wide. Hmmmm when your school gets to this standard then we'll talk. Oh and I wouldn't work for your school simply based on the fact that you clearly dont reseach something before talking about it.
