All of us FT's in China are pretty low standard otherwise we'd be genuine teachers registered as so in our own countries.

I don't think you should generalise about FT's in China. They're pretty much a mixed bag. China has been so kind to accept them all regardless of their individual teaching abilities. Kindness beyond belief, I think.
But of course you are welcome to speak for yourself in this regard. Low standard or not, you're still among em!
