SCHOOLS AND RECRUITERS REVIEWS

The school provided sub-standard living conditions (this is a story unto itself!), no sort of orientation about anything (paying bills, the school itself, how to use appliances etc.), disorganized, no morals, and generally doesn't give a damn about you or if the kids are being taught properly. Further, they lied about the distance of the town from the airport saying it was only an hour away when it is 2.5.

I understand that the agency is an intermediary between you and the school. However, after complaints and giving the school director time to rectify living conditions, then me leaving, the agency (Global ERS) still continued placing teachers at the school and did no sort of investigations. In fact taking the school's side. Before I came 2 teachers left before their contract was up, and one has left since I have. This is within the span of 2 semesters. Before I arrived, the school withheld my contact info from the teacher who was already there until she promised not to say anything 'bad' about the school. The school is trying to become a bilingual school, but it seems simply having a foreign face is all they really want.
