Actually, as a chinese teacher in this program , I was getting on very well with Joy (the foreign teacher mentioned in the final paragraph ) and Janson (my employer) these years.in my view, Joy,who is highly estimated among her students, is an energetic and creative teacher. I also found Janson supportive and responsible.no matter what went wrong in teaching and management, he was always quick to solve the difficulties at a professional level. Besides, he is the last man to break his word. it seems to me that all his employees show respect for him. As for the program, I totally agree with Joy's comments and I do not need to repeat any more. I write to cordially welcome any foreign friends(responsible, considerate and energetic like Joy)to be future teachers in this program.
