I know that Arpo made mistakes in his message, but no need to be so sarcastic...this guy is one of my friends and he's French, just like me. He didn't mean a job offer for an English teaching position, but for a French teaching one. He probably should have mentioned that first, but writing in English is not easy for him. There's nothing written in French about Linyi university, so he simply tried to get information on this website...now you know he's not a kind of lazy guy who doesn't know how to speak his own language, he's just a foreigner who tried to communicate with English speaking persons that he hoped to be friendly and helpful... Please don't judge people with so much haste next time, but on behalf of Arpo I thank for your (useless) answer ;)
