@ Dragonized: Agreed. When I was in Hangzhou it was always the "ta ma de xin jiang ren" who were the cheaters, pickpockets and thieves, and who put their own tainted blood in the egg and tomato soup and yang rou chuan.

It all boils down to a fear of the other. If it is not the uighurs, then foreigners make the next good scapegoat...sadly.
