Hampson is the first organization, in China, specifically designed to provide one on one education by only hiring foreign instructors. We are not perfect and there are still many aspects our management team are constantly trying to improve on. But we can guarantee that Hampsons management is reasonable. We will not undermine our reputation by over a mere 1500RMB deposit. This 1500RMB deposit is always refunded unless a teacher seriously breaches the contract terms.

We understand that some previous teachers were irate without their deposit withheld, thus posting negative comments about our organization and management staff. Please be assured that all of the previous teachers, who had their deposit withheld, had seriously breached our contract terms for this to occur. 1, Hampson just turned 9 years old and in that time have screwed around more students and teachers than the vast majority of training centres put together. The sheer amount of incidents involving a student having an all out argument with the staff at Hampson then calling in the police to get their fee back is staggering. As is the extremely high turn over of both teachers and staff.
2, Hampson has a total of 19 campuses located across 11 major cities. Each year Hampson continues to expand throughout China but completely fails in its venture as it cannot even get one campus right let alone the over 18 it has and/or any new ones because of its greedy selfish business strategy.
3, We currently employ more than 700 foreign teachers of which leave regularly because we employ anyone who walks through the door after a five minute interview on Skype and annoy all the other teachers whose schedules are not full and instead of giving those teachers the classes they ask for keep giving classes away to new teachers who have just walked through the door. (Our large staff is a result of Hampson only offering 1 to 1 English educational services even though we contradict ourselves by getting teacher to teach more than one student in a class very often but still only pay the teacher for the one student).
