I had an extremely bad experience at One World in Ilsan, South Korea. The employers rarely paid their staff on time and they owe certain employees months worth of salary. I was given a choice to stay on and not be paid for a few months or to just leave, completely breaking my contract. I was also only told this one week before I was expected to leave. I received no money towards flights, in or out of the country, and nothing towards my severance, even though it was the employers who broke the contract. I was often put into very uncomfortable situations by one of the employers. I would strongly recommend not working for this school, especially female teachers.
