Finding work on the Costa del sol Spain is hard and low pay. So when you find a decent company you want to work for like GEOS youd think everything will be okay. Forget about organisation within the school, students arriving and you have no idea about a new class starting until that day! Spanish people are great to teach. But when it comes to pay day forget it GEOS Marbella has a manager who likes to lie, She never pays on time and the rate of pay is 8 euros an hour in the school and 12 outside of the school. You are meant to get your pay on the 5th of every month, but it is more like a few euros this week to the next. Im not sure how long this school will be running for. Geos is great company to work for in Japan or any other country. I guess like many franchises you have to see what the management is like first before you sign a contract, speak to the teachers that are working there first.
