I have read the accusations against Tulay Farra and am concerned with the vindictive manner in which they were written. I have known Tulay for several years. During the summer of 2009, Tulay's family including her husband, three children and au pair stayed with me for several weeks in New York City. C, Tulays au pair was treated with utmost respect and as a family member. She continued to work for Tulay and then for the academy. I spent a lot of time with C in 2010 during a trip to France. C told me that Tulay was a mentor to her. She encouraged her to continue school and focus on a career path. I recommend applying for a position at Tulay's academy to anyone who asked me as she is as concerned about the growth and development of her employees as much at the operation of the academy.
