Here we see a pattern of what a garbage "school" does to recruit new teachers. They abuse, cheat, intimidate, and neglect to give its teachers a normal life. Then once the older teachers leave they slander and degrade them if they post warnings on the internet. After a while the "school" will get a supposedly new teacher to come onto these boards and say how everything is roses and honey because the city is great, the students are wonderful, life is wonderful, etc. Of course to them this is only moving on, not pushing anything under the carpet.

Jake, I can believe you if you say that you're a newer teacher. But your attitude towards other former teachers as well as people who help these former teachers shows you're either someone who has worked there a very long time and has a wicked agenda or you're too new and you think the situation will change because you and a battalion of new teachers are there to change the culture of the "school". Let me tell you the culture cannot change until the people in power at this "school", which is what you'll find out over time.

If you are a new teacher, then you've bought into the hype of having a great experience in china as well as the corporate propaganda. You can take a look by all the posts written by the "Kevin" poster over different forums and see the nature of this individual and why we go against having your "school" around. The fact that you willingly overlook that takes away your credibility.
