Considering all the corruption and the lack of enforcement of Chinese law in China, I would call China in no way less "lawless" than you might think that Kenya is.

First of all, this was not a personal attack against you.

Secondly, despite your help to me on these boards over time, I still don't agree. It's lawless in some ways regarding driving rules, business and so on...but very strict in others, there has been no occurence of the August riots in London say, or the murder like that one of foreign tourists.

Africans need to get their own S*** together, and stop hoping the west can solve their problems with aid. It's noble you are making a difference...but is it really appreciated and making a difference at a grassroots level? Just interested to know. I am not sure for one if I could ever work in a NGO capacity over there, because of the danger and the rampant embezzlement.

I'll give one example of plain idiocy and ignorance in an african country, not that this equates to kenya also!
