So forgive me but where is this discussion going now?

Again, do not take one fundamental issue with this country and then use it to bad mouth an individual company. China is rife with flaws in its legislation and its ability to enforce it. There are schools and universities all over China which lack basic fire suppression, drills and staff training. Buildings are of shoddy construction and are dangerous. The fact that they may have been operating for many many years without incident is nothing more than pure luck and then every so often something happens like a fire or quake, people die or get hurt, questions are raised but very little in the way of stopping it from happening again takes place. From lack of health and safety regulations, fake produce like eggs, baby milk, recycled cooking oil taken in some cases from the sewers.......... Do I need to go on!!!!

This has nothing to do with playing the TIC card. This IS how things are in China right now so the only question is do you stay the hell away from the place or do you still choose to live and work here or operate a business here. Quite clearly you guys are living and working in China so you are in no position to single out one particular company and bind this little gem around it as a reason for being a bad school. As I already pointed out quite a lot of WSE's are not actually in a shopping centre but in an office tower adjacent to the mall itself. A company doesn't do itself any favours by being difficult to find or to get to. If they were to relocate to an independent building in a more rural setting on the outskirts of a city then students would complain that it was to difficult to study there, no businesses benefit from making themselves hard to find, unless they happen to be in the business of selling perhaps drugs :P

If your feelings on Chinas current state regarding such matters is that much of a problem for you then you should not be here, plain and simple. The right or wrong about it all is not in question here, of course it is all wrong.
