A Chinese is caught out, they have done the wrong thing, you show them the evidence, they still deny.

I was reading a book about doing business in china, it said that in hospitals they will cover up serious mistakes, rather than address them, learn from them, and put in place measures so it can't happen again, or at least lessen the chances of them happening again...too concerned with saving face! Pathetic!
