Well I guess someone who has or is working for EF has more incite into working conditions than someone who hasn't worked there.

That's a fact! EF isn't a global educator that attracts professional EFL teachers in there myriads for no reason. We should always trust the words of those with actual work experience at EF. At least EF offers a career structure to its Western staff. Those professionals who have what it takes to excell at work will ascend the ladder of promotion, and thereby benifit financially.
