Salaries are paid every month and it always works, flights are paid to teachers and generally I would say 90% of our staff are 'happy'.. ok maybe satisfied would sound better and we are working on the other 10% of issues but as Scott wrote, nothing and nowhere is perfect.. There is a big difference between making some mistakes and being out to cheat the world. We have made some mistakes and we are rectifying these as quickly as possible.... A company/business/school is organic and thus will make some mistakes. Intention is the work here....
