Thank you. Your information was helpful. I already sent them an inquiry form that they requested and I am in the process of reviewing the contract. I did get a postive feel from the representative I spoke with through email and also he did answer all of my questions. The information did clearly state that the cost for housing would be deducted as well as utilities (electric, water) would be added on plus the fact that I would get free housing during semester break although I would not get paid.

I will follow your recommendation to try and sign the contract directly with Hebei College of Science & Technology, the school they offered me a position with. I do not think they want me to do that but I certainly prefer to have it that way myself.
