Interesting post again.

I like the korean food, it's always a winner, although quite expensive in my current locale for a FT to eat more than once or twice a month. Even the locals deem it expensive, and they are right!

Xinjiang food is good as i said, if you hit on the right restaurant, the lamb pies are perhaps the best food i have come across in china yet, if you are a meat eater that is.
