@ CL: Is it just me, or is there a lot of arrogance and incompetence going around in the public sector at the moment, as in we must tolerate you, but that is as far as it goes kind of thinking. I almost had a fight today with a lazy, snotty admin worker who had to tear herself away from tudou on her office provided pc to send a 2 paged fax for me.....I know she was exceedingly busy, but I was polite.

It seems to be getting worse in the public sector and prior research is becoming a must.
