I would start by saying every story has two sides. All stories must be verified. When it comes to China; anything goes! I didn't know how things ran in China when I arrived first.

Aston English is all about making money without spending any. Sounds funny right? No. They are serious. Poor facilities, rat infested classrooms, managers who are there because their bosses like them..... the list goes on.

As a Foreign Teacher ( FT), you will get an apartment. These apartments are like living in a true third world country. Many of us tried to change the condition by arguing and negotiating. Some managers will promise to do something just to get you off their back. After a while it will be all forgotten. I have had hours and hours of talks about this with the management. It never worked.

Quality of people who work there are just a joke. I did meet some good people. They are just not equipped to help you, everything is just very Chinese. No information is clear.
