I don't know how you arrive at that conclusion- the emphatic 'obviously'- don't you mean 'could be?' Yes, I could be, for all you know.

I didn't say I liked Chinese Teachers, Silverboy. I did say that they produce (they and the system they operate in) more second language(English) speakers than their counterparts in England and other Western countries.
