The South Korean branch of this business, particularly, Edward Kim need to be approached with caution. Whilst "appearing" to assist a prospective teacher with potential employment, Edward Kim is inexperienced in dealing with and assisting first time teachers to South Korea. He seems to have little knowledge and firsthand experience in dealing not only with foreigners but also South Korean officials.
Once you have signed your contract, the relationship practically ends there, do not expect any follow up from Edward after you arrrive in South Korea. If you are a first timer and want to use this recruiting agency, go with another member of the team and do not succumb to the "hurry up and get everything here or you will lose the job" threat.
Look for more reputable agencies (there are some out there) and remember, if a recruiter can't give you any information other than, "get your documents here now" the name of the potential employer or a current contact at the place of employment, keep clicking on that mouse!!!
