I think if you actually read my post you would see that I agree but here again is the paragraph from my reply of the 14th April

Perhaps the problem here is that the example i stated was one that involved a negotiation with an employer and you are comparing my comments to boxiangjiaopi's which were related to a negotiation with a landlord. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that an employer of foreign experts speak English and that all negotiations with that employer take place in English. However, it's unlikely that you'll find many landlords who will be able to do the same. If you are going to go out and rent a flat of your own accord then you will have to speak Chinese and/or rely on someone to translate and there will be risks associated with the process.

If you need any help understanding some of the longer words please let me know
