Thanks for providing the official visa regulations. My two posts did mention the phrase 'get away with it'. And the subject of the thread is 'wrong visa type'. When I say okay, I mean it was okay beause the visa violators weren't caught.
Now I'm retired - did my last day of teaching with a 'wrong' visa today, Friday.
My two posts were posted to provide information, not to advise anyone to teach illegally. Furthermore, what has been 'okay' to date, for the visa violators in my two posts may not be 'okay' in the future. I chose to go the 'wrong' way, and I'll never regret having done so. We can all choose the way we want to go. Go your own way. That's it, I guess.
