And that many Chinese employers who have invited foreigners to come here to teach will try to put them in the classroom BEFORE a contract has been signed. It all means that your Z is basically a 30 day visa that gives your employer that period of time to decide whether to offer you a contract and arrange your visa, or not. No contract will mean no Residence Permit. The system is UNFAIR! It DESERVES to be abused by foreigners. So, Z visa for me! Certainly not! I can avoid it, sorry, evade it!

In the private and training centre sector, I would agree.

But that has not been my own personal experiences of the public sector, nothing against you, maybe others have had differing experiences.
