This school is perhaps not one of the best in China but seemed to be a decent one. They made me coming all the way to their place, asked me to give a demo lesson and then told me they don't want me.

The funny thing is that both of us had signed a legally valid contract before, and now it looks like a breach of the contract on their part. I had three teachers and the Vice Dean watching the demo lesson - there were no students, the Vice Dean did not understand the language I was using, and the three Chinese teachers had no idea about the current standards in language teaching methodology.

Do such things happen in China on a regular basis that totally incompetent Chinese people are "evaluating" your teaching performance? What a joke!!!....I am happy to leave them; I will do much better elsewhere!
