It was nothing to do with paternity leave and everything to do with the fact that he was just not very good at his job!

If what you say is really true, why didn’t the EF assessors (you were one of them) detect from the beginning he was not fit to teach at EF when he gave the demo lesson? His case has proved our point: demo lessons serve no useful purposes. Again, don’t try to justify demo lessons. The more you justify the more you make a fool of yourself.
