By looking at your perspectives that you have posted the past few days, it would be best if all the teachers who had something to complain about had "left the country". While teachers who have never worked at a certain place shouldn't say anything negative. Would you be all up in arms if there was a poster who had never worked at your pretend school/company had posted something saying his/her friend worked there and they said it was great? I doubt it.
In your perfect little world, it would be GREAT if all the experienced teachers didn't make negative comments, so this is how you want people to think:
Experienced teacher with a negative experience:
New Teacher with no or limited experience:
So in the end, all you really want is to believe that at private institutions there can be a chance for a good experience, and people should respect that. Well, if 80% of teachers had a negative experience about a place and 20% had a positive one, would you always believe in the minority? It just doesn't make sense anything you say. You accuse me and others of making statements that you call lies, and you accuse someone who used to work at your company a liar. Tell me, when have you actually behaved towards others that made them want to behave in an honest manner towards you???
Do you honestly believe that people only have a right to talk about something that they personally experienced?? So in your perfect little world teachers ARE REQUIRED to come to china and MUST have the bad work experiences to earn the right to say anything? Nobody has any obligation to hold a candle to your standards, since you are working for something which stands against the very thing called principle. Your whole shebang of what people should say and how people should talk is just one big self rationalization of working in an environment that is not conducive to having a dignified existence. You can make excuses all you want, and that's what you've been doing all this time.
