First of all, let me say, I can understand the negative reviews of LTC. However, I have found working there to be a pleasurable experience, to an extent. I have had my share of ups and downs. Beth, the owner, can be very reasonable, if you are flexible. She has been nothing but fair to me, although I am quite an easy going dude. That being said, I would recommend potential like minded job seekers to absolutely give LTC a chance. Beihai is a fantastic city. The city alone, is enough of a draw to deal with any problems you may face. The work staff is also amazing. All of the employees are as sweet as can be and teaching with them has been a rewarding experience. Please give LTC a shot. An open minded soul would be more than happy to find themselves at LTC in Beihai. I would be glad to answer any questions or concerns you may have about the school and/or city.
