I don't. I believe most of you fail your students miserably and if it were up to me you'd never get a visa to teach in China unless you were properly qualified. But it's perfectly OK for us to disagree, I know my approach is better than yours, I'll leave you to your passive aggressive waste-of-time posts in future, I see you're actually just as bad as the others on here, well played for fooling me for a while. Cheers and beers, eh? (or did you think I missed that in your email?!)

I can't remember saying 'cheers and beers' LondonGirl. I may well have used it when taking the mickey. I'll have to take your word for it, I do not recall.

So, let's get this straight, you want me to do the same as some other posters, which is to totally agree with each other about everything even if in reality they do not. This is done when they are up against a certain type of poster with a strong viewpoint on one controversial matter-a poster such as yourself. So you want total loyalty, you want me to be a slavish member of the LondonGirl fan club, on the strength of my agreeing with you(90%) regarding one topic, which I still do agree with you about. What now has my agreeing with you on that troublesome topic got to do with the price of fish, when we are now discussing an entirely different topic? Your logic is totally unsound and appears like it would be more at home in a children's playground- I THOUGHT YOU WERE MY FRIEND. So, if we had managed to oust what you called the T club, they would have only got another tyrant?? Agree with me or you are not my friend?

Back to business. I won't let you cloud my mind with nonsense, I must think about the job in hand. I have nothing against you throwig away all the tax-payers money(secondary school, university tuition) doing a different job than the one you qualified for, (By the way did you go to Teachers traig school for years?) but you must allow others to make such diversions in life. There is no reason why an intelligent toilet cleaner cannot teach oral English in China. If he doesn't know the difference between lay and lie before he arrives, he most probably will learn in his first year. What do you do if you are a redundant toilet cleaner and wish to go to China to teach, say no I shouldn't go because LondonGirl says I shouldn't. I know what the standard of teaching is like in Chinese English Centres and I know that Fred Smith can drop his plunger and make the leap.

Now don't get all highly- strung because you're losing the argument- you are good and I can get more out of you.
