To all teachers and parents, be aware of Beanstalk International Bilingual School in Beijing, by far the worst school I ever review, the turnover in senior staff is 85% every year, and for teachers 70% due to terrible management, poor organization and lack of ethics. The director at Beanstalk K S [edited] is not an educator she is a money maker woman who has expanded the school using the guan chi she has with the government.

At BIBS the human resources will lie about everything, they do not pay on time, they cheat teachers out of compensations, the housing is terrible, and the curriculum changes every six months. The admissions office is terrible, a bunch of young girls all of whom are daughters of the director's friends who are incompetent and irresponsable.The principal of the school is a joke, no direction only lies and deception.

Beanstalk is not an international school, but a local Chinese school in which 78% of the students are Chinese, and 12% are Koreans, very few foreign students, so be very careful as there are many other good schools in Beijing, who will want to work for a school in which senior leadership positions changes every six months or one year, in which teachers quit in the middle of the school year, and in which the staff only favors Chinese parents. The food at Beanstalk is also terrible, teachers have to take lunch from home or either walk to a cafe as the food is way below human consumption, another business of the director. The middle high school should not operate, they have only 50 students, and they share the campus with a public school, who wants to pay 135,000Yuan per year to have their children sharing a school with local kids who pays 150 Yuan per year?

The admissions manager at Beanstalk C Z [edited] is [edited] and she dictates everything that goes on in that school, teachers cannot do their job without her complaining and threatening them if they do not treat the special Chinese kids like emperors.

Beanstalk will offer you the moon and the sky but ones you arrive the reality is other and the regret starts right away. Beanstalk is by far the worst school in Beijing and it only exists because of the relations the director has with government officials in her payroll, that is sad.
