Withholding rightfully earned salaries to pay them only at a later point of time is also common practice at China TEFL Network in Hangzhou. They are using the money they get paid by the schools for their teachers' work to speculate or to earn interest on something they invest in with the effect that it is a continuous hassle to be paid on time and in full each month after having done hard and honest work. I can't recommend them and must urgently advise to stay away from them - in your own interest!

One has to be careful on internet sites that you don't provide enough details for others to pinpoint you, especially if one isn't a usual American, English, Australian teacher, then you become more recognisable "YOU'RE THE BLOKE THAT WRITES ON THAT SITE?
